The Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Therapy Lead in speech and language therapy. The role focuses on frontline community teams with emphasis on senior stroke or neurological rehabilitation and independent management of complex communication and swallowing disorders.

Applicants should hold HCPC registration and have post-registration experience. Flexible working arrangements and development opportunities are available within the trust.

Qualificações

• Advanced knowledge and clinical reasoning in stroke and dysphagia.
• Deep understanding of rehabilitation, wellbeing, participation, nutrition and discharge.
• Independent management of complex communication and swallowing disorders.

• Provide specialist input to frontline NHS teams using clinical knowledge and expertise.
