The Witherslack Group is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join Cedar House School, Bentham, with opportunities to work across South Cumbria and North Lancashire. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team supporting children and young people with SEMH and related needs.

To succeed, you should be HCPC registered and have a track record in delivering therapeutic interventions, collaborating with educational and residential staff, and leading training where needed.

Competenze

• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to engage and deliver therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
• Experience of supporting teams around a child to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments.

Mansioni

• Work within a multi-disciplinary clinical team to support educational and residential colleagues.
• Provide individualised interventions and engagement to young people based on assessment and formulation.
• Contribute to creating therapeutic living and learning environments across Cedar House School and regional sites.
