Based at Cedar House School with regional coverage, you will deliver individualised SLT interventions, support educational and residential colleagues, and lead training for staff to enhance communication across the setting.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with HCPC
• Experience delivering therapy to children with complex needs
• Experience supporting teams around a child for clinically informed living/learning environments
• Confident, engaging, effective model, guide, leader and trainer
• Highly organised and proactive in clinical settings
• Committed to best outcomes for young people and inclusive practice

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized SLT interventions based on assessment and formulation
• Collaborate with education and residential teams to support therapeutic living and learning
• Deliver group and one-to-one therapy sessions for children/young people
• Train and supervise staff to embed communication strategies across settings
