Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Norton College. You will deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to students, including those with developmental trauma, neurodivergence or SEMH needs, in collaboration with the education team.

You will work under the OFG Ways of Working, manage a caseload with supervision, and contribute to staff training as required.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered, and registered with the RCSLT.
• Some relevant experience engaging with individuals with complex communication profiles.
• Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience of multi-disciplinary working in diverse settings.
• Experience communicating with families/relatives and carers.
• Interest in developing knowledge and skills in SaLT practice.
• Good relationship building, analytical and judgmental skills.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of legislation and its implications for clinical practice and management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Willingness to attend training and pursue further qualifications.

Responsabilidades
