Outcomes First Group in Scotland is recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist to deliver specialist SaLT assessments and interventions within an educational setting. The role supports a multidisciplinary team across sites at Dumfriesshire, with a focus on promoting independence for students.

The post offers a 22-hour week, permanent contract, and a £2000 training allowance to support role-specific CPD after probation. Salary up to £53,200 pro rata depending on experience.

Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Closeburn House - Dumfriesshire DG3 5HP / Maben House - Dumfriesshire DG11 1RW (covering both sites)
Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (dependent on experience)
Hours: 22 hours per week, 08.30am - 4.30pm (3 days a week)
Contract: Permanent 52 weeks
