Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting children with speech, language and communication needs.
• Confident working with children aged 5–16.
• Familiar with EHCPs and individualised learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to pupils with speech, language and communication needs, helping them to develop their communication skills, confidence and independence within the school environment.
• Work with children who may be pre-verbal or non-speaking, selective mutism, or presenting with speech and language difficulties, and support EHCP outcomes.
