NHS Jobs is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist for the Community Stroke Service. The role focuses on providing holistic assessment and evidence-based rehabilitation to stroke survivors to help them achieve their best potential.

You will contribute to developing and evaluating SLT practice within the service and act as an expert on stroke patient management. Documentation and record-keeping must be accurate, comprehensive and contemporaneous, in line with legal requirements and Trust

Speech and Language Therapist - Community Stroke Service

Provide holistic assessment and evidence-based rehabilitation to stroke survivors to enable them to achieve their best potential. Contribute to the development and evaluation of the SLT practice provided by the service. To act as a source of expertise on stroke patients management. To maintain accurate comprehensive and contemporaneous documentation/patient records in line with legal requirements and Trust guidelines including personally generated clinical assessments/treatment requiring computer skills.
