Job Description:

Working as a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be assessing individual's speech, communication and language needs in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Having a fixed caseload number to support intensive SLT-focused interventions.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Maintaining accurate records and generating written reports.
• Conducting speech, language and communication assessments.
• Establishing therapy goals and tracking progress.

Requirements:

• Speech and Language Therapy qualification and registration with HCPC.
• Experience in the field of ABI / neurodegenerative conditions.
• A commitment to providing effective services and a commitment to continued improvement.
• Have an interest in person-centred support and planning.
