Our client is an independent school based in Roehampton, dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children aged 7-19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Their mission is to empower each child to reach their full potential, fostering independence and effective communication skills. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join their team, either remotely or face-to-face. The successful candidate will support students with ASD and ADHD, contributing to their communication and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for students aged 7-19 with ASD and ADHD.
• Provide remote speech and language therapy sessions, ensuring engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a holistic support approach for each child's needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a recognized qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Proven experience working with children aged 7-19 with ASD and ADHD.
• Familiarity with remote therapy platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This is a maternity cover position until the Summer Term, with potential extension into the new school year. The salary is £35,000 per annum for full-time work.
