Overview

Speech and Language Therapist - SEN Independent School, London

Location: South Kensington

Salary: Competitive Band 6 FTE (£35,392-£48,000), pro-rata for term-time + 3 days a week

Contract: Permanent, term-time only, 3 days a week.

Start Date: September 2025

We\'re looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our team!

If you\'re an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist who enjoys working with neurodiverse children, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career as a Speech and Language Therapist in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to children aged 5-18
• Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group speech and language therapy sessions
• Develop and review individual speech and language therapy programmes and goals
• Assess and track communication progress and report back to parents and staff as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Advise and train teaching staff on speech and language therapy strategies across the curriculum
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to EHCPs as the school\'s Speech and Language Therapist

About You

You will be an HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with experience supporting neurodiverse students. Our ideal Speech and Language Therapist will have:

• Proven skills as a Speech and Language Therapist delivering evidence-based interventions
• Confidence working closely with teachers, SENCOs, OTs, and parents as the school\'s dedicated Speech and Language Therapist
• Passion for making a difference as a Speech and Language Therapist every day
