Job Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a speech and language therapist to work in specialist adult mental health services (working age adults and Older Peoples Services) in Leeds and York Partnership Foundation NHS Trust. The role would provide dysphagia and communication assessments and interventions to adults who have a mental health condition and are in an in-patient setting. Intervention includes individual and group sessions and is an area of development working inclusively with service users and with the MDT.
The role will be operationally responsible to operational management across both services and clinically responsible to the Principal Speech and Language Therapist and Allied Health Professional Lead.
