Job title: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Bradford Beacon School, Bradford, BD5 8LJ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only. There may be scope for a full-time (52 weeks) contract if preferred; please get in touch to discuss.
Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE

About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Bradford Beacon School. You will work collaboratively to deliver assessments and interventions for our pupils, contributing to our clinical provision and working with education colleagues to implement a holistic, therapeutic approach.
Responsibilities include managing a Speech and Language Therapy caseload, staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role suits a resilient, enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management abilities.
Our Clinical Staff Teams foster a nurturing environment where pupils can thrive, with a strong safeguarding culture. We aim to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people to be happy and independent.
