Join Our Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Team in East Sussex

Are you looking to start your career in Children’s speech and language therapy or recently qualified and moving into the area? Come and work for Children’s Integrated Therapy and Equipment Service in beautiful East Sussex.

We offer:

• An integrated team of Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and assistants, provided by an Outstanding Trust.
• Support for children and young people with communication needs across East Sussex.

We have a full-time Band 5 speech and language therapy post based in Hastings. We seek a passionate therapist eager to improve outcomes for children with speech, language, and communication needs. We provide diverse clinical experiences to support your development at your pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within an integrated children’s therapy team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and administrators for children aged 0-19.
• Assess, review, and deliver therapy interventions for children with speech, language, and communication needs, developing your competencies.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, schools, nurseries, and SEND partners to deliver therapy programmes and provide advice.
• Support the delivery of speech and language services outlined in children’s Education, Health, and Care Plans.
• Opportunities to rotate across teams for professional development.
