• Job title: Speech and Language Therapist
• Location: The Shires – Stretton / Oakham / Meadows View LE15 7GT
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only (full-time options available upon request)
• Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE
• Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

We support Continuing Professional Development with a £2,000 training allowance in the first year, tailored to your needs.

About the role

Join our Clinical Team across our Shires schools. Deliver assessment and intervention plans, contribute to staff training, and work collaboratively to make a real difference for our pupils. Manage your caseload, participate in training, and receive clinical supervision and CPD opportunities.

Our clinical staff uphold a nurturing environment with a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions.

Minimum requirements

• Speech and Language Therapy degree
• Registered with HCPC and RCSLT or RCOT
• Minimum 2 years experience working with children and/or adults with intellectual disabilities/autism
• Experience in report writing and multi-professional teamwork
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
