Location: The Shires - Stretton / Oakham / Meadows View LE15 7GT
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only. (There may be scope for this role to be a full-time contract (52 weeks). Please get in touch to discuss.)
Salary: Up to GBP53,200 FTE DOE
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

We have an opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team across our Shires - Stretton / Oakham / Meadows View schools. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This role offers a chance to grow and embed our clinical provision, working with education colleagues to implement a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will be responsible for managing a Speech and Language Therapy caseload and contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. This challenging and rewarding role is suited for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach and decision-making skills.
You will receive support including regular clinical supervision from our experienced Speech and Language Therapy network within Outcomes First Group, along with access to professional development opportunities.
