Salary: Competitive

Location: Bakkavor Meals London - Park Royal - Elveden site

Contract Type: FTC - 6 months

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm

Remote based with flexibility required for business needs, including one week on-site for training, induction, and team days.

About the Role

This role is based at our Bakkavor Meals site in Park Royal, West London, which includes three factories and one distribution centre. The factories produce chilled ready meals, houmous, dips, deli products, and savoury accompaniments, employing over 2,000 staff.

We are looking for a Specifications Technologist to join our Technical team. Responsibilities include completing finished product specifications, reviewing artwork checks, maintaining retailer online systems, managing customer interactions, conducting audits, and supporting quality and nutritional verification schedules.

About You

• Previous experience as a Specifications Technologist or in a similar role.
• Experience in specification writing.
• Food Science graduate interested in Nutrition and product specifications.
• Confident and articulate communicator.
• Excellent computer and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze information, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
