Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and update product specifications.
• Request, maintain and complete customer and supplier documentation.
• Assist with audits.
• Calculate ingredient declarations, allergen information and nutritional values.
• Keep up to date with food legislation and industry best practise.
