Job summary

HR GO Group is hiring a Specification Sales Manager to drive growth across the United Kingdom. The role focuses on getting products specified in landscape and architectural schemes, while building a strong network of designers, architects and contractors.

You'll manage the full sales cycle, deliver CPDs, create quotes, and support tenders. A field-based UK-wide position with flexible working and regular customer visits offers a clear path to career progression and personal earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in specification/construction/design-led products is a plus.
• Ability to manage longer sales cycles and complex stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide and visit customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Win specifications: have products written into landscape/architectural schemes.
• Build your network with landscape architects, architects, designers, contractors and merchants.
• Own your pipeline from first meeting to tender to contract award.
• Create quotes and proposals, support tenders and close deals.
• Deliver CPDs/presentations and represent the brand at events.
• Keep the CRM accurate and track activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape competitive offers.

What you'll be doing

• Winning specifications: getting products written into landscape and architectural schemes
• Building your network with landscape architects, architects, designers, contractors and merchants
• Owning your pipeline and pushing opportunities from first meeting to tender to contract award
• Creating quotes and proposals, supporting tenders, and closing deals
• Delivering CPDs/presentations and representing the brand at events
• Keeping the CRM accurate and your activity on track
• Working closely with internal teams to shape competitive, winnable offers
