Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Specification Sales Manager for healthcare washroom products. The role focuses on specification sales to NHS trusts, architects and contractors, driving turnover and market presence nationwide.

You will represent the company at trade shows, deliver CPD sessions, and develop key relationships with specifiers and contractors. A strong healthcare sales background and interiors experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in the healthcare sector.
• Must have interiors experience (furniture & washrooms).
• Ideally have CPD seminar experience.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills, personable with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Sell a high quality range of healthcare washroom products to NHS trusts, architects and contractors.
• Spend all time on specification sales activity and networking.
• Achieve turnover target around £1.2m.
• Conduct CPD presentations to clients and represent the company at trade shows/events.
