Rhythm Careers are delighted to assist a leading AJ100 architectural and interiors design leader in appointing a Specifications Lead at Project Director level to their London studio.

In this pivotal role you’ll take responsibility for the practice’s specification standards, including the CAWS to Uniclass 2015 transition, modernising NBS usage, leading specification writing, and advising senior team members.

Job description

Rhythm Careers are delighted to be assisting a leading AJ100 architectural and interiors design leader, as they seek to appoint a Specifications Lead to join the business at Project Director level within their London studio.

Joining the practice technical group, in a key capacity, you’ll take responsibility for the practice’s specification standards. These responsibilities include the transition from CAWS to Uniclass 2015, modernising the use of NBS use, lead specification writing and more, whilst acting in an advisory role to senior team members.

Naturally, in a lead role, you’ll be highly experienced in architectural and interior design fit-out specifications, with a solid grasp of the building safety act and building regulations.
