Experience/Qualifications

• • Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice
• • Four years post-graduation, with two years in the relevant specialty
• FRCEM

Clinical Skills & Experience

• • Understanding of clinical risk management
• • At least 2 years of middle grade ED experience
• • Experience in Acute Medicine, ITU or Anaesthetics
• Fully A|TLS trained

Knowledge

• • Breadth of experience in and outside specialty

Organisation & Planning

• • Experience and ability to work in multi-professional teams
• • Understanding of: NHS / Clinical governance / Resource constraints
• • Evidence of managerial skills: Achievements / Course attended
