Participation in the 2nd on-call rota, including out-of-hours shifts (1 in 8 full shifts), is expected, with cover for leave.
Mandatory training, including local PROMPT courses, is required. Applicants are encouraged to undertake audits or quality improvement projects to enhance patient care. Support will be provided to meet the Continuing Professional Development requirements set by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
