Job summary

Randstad Education are recruiting for a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils with complex SEMH needs in a leading specialist school. Term-time only, Monday-Friday 8:30-16:00, full-time contract/long-term.

You will deliver 1:1 and small group support, implement IEPs with teachers, foster trauma-informed practice, and help with emotional regulation. The school offers extensive training (Team Teach, Makaton, Autism Awareness), small class sizes, on-site parking, regular holidays,

• Proven experience working with SEN, SEMH or EBD pupils.
• Passion for inclusive, practical and interactive education.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
