Blackhorse Primary School is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a skilled team supporting pupils with SEND. The role involves working under the SENCO and teachers to help pupils engage with learning through adapted activities, and coordinating interventions within the inclusion team.

This exciting position provides opportunities to work with our fully inclusive school including our resource base.Key duties include holding high expectations for the children in all aspects of school life, working under the direction of the SENCO and class teachers, to support children in their learning and engagement through adapted learning activities. This role will also require the successful candidate to work as part of the inclusion team supporting and coordinating interventions and working collaboratively within the team.
