The role involves supporting learners with complex learning needs, with opportunities to work with individuals or small groups within the Secondary provision. The school is warm and welcoming, and they are always looking to make staff members permanent.

The ideal Learning Support Assistant should:

• Have experience in an education setting
• Be flexible and patient
• Have good time management skills and the ability to multitask
