Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking Specialist Teaching Assistants for supply work across Frome and the surrounding area. Roles involve supporting SEN/SEMH pupils, assisting with personalised learning and managing transitions in various settings.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for greater flexibility while continuing to make a meaningful impact on young people's lives?

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Specialist Teaching Assistants to provide high-quality cover across a collection of SEN and SEMH provisions throughout Frome and the surrounding area.

These settings support pupils with a wide range of additional needs, meaning no two assignments are ever the same. Rather than being tied to one workplace, you'll have access to numerous specialist environments, allowing you to broaden your experience while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The Role

This position requires individuals who can confidently integrate into existing teams and provide immediate support where needed.

  • Assist pupils with personalised learning programmes
  • Support students with Autism Spectrum Condition, social communication difficulties and emotional regulation needs
