Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant in Corby to support pupils with SEND. The role involves delivering 1:1 and small group interventions, working with teachers and other professionals to implement personalised support, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

The Role

As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and learning needs.
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver personalised support.
• Provide both 1:1 and small group interventions.
• Help implement strategies and support plans to encourage engagement, independence and positive outcomes.
• Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEND.
