Job summary

Horizon Learning Hub, part of Coast and Vale Learning Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to deliver high-quality inclusive teaching to students with a range of needs. The role focuses on GCSE-level lessons and personalised support to help learners access the mainstream curriculum.

You will plan adaptively, work with colleagues, families and external professionals, and contribute to enrichment activities and safeguarding commitments in a welcoming school community.

The core responsibility of this role is the delivery of high‑quality inclusive teaching within the Horizon Learning Hub.

Through personalised guidance, targeted interventions, and the development of effective learning tools and strategies, we empower students to build confidence, independence, and resilience in their learning, ensuring they are equipped to thrive within an inclusive educational environment.
