Job summary

Eden Futures is hiring Specialist Support Workers to assist individuals in their own homes and in the community. Earn £13.20 per hour with a 42-hour week, equating to about £28,828.80 per year (illustrative).

A £500 refer-a-friend bonus is available, and there is a strong focus on values-based recruitment and staff development. We support career growth through training, e-learning, and tailored development plans.

Qualifications

• Care experience of 6–12 months is preferred.

• Ability to remain positive and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life per plans.
• Help keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, and home tasks.
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report health and wellbeing issues.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations.
