Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting for a Specialist Support Assistant to work within a high-quality specialist education service for boys and girls aged 5-19 with needs including autism and SEMH in Darlington.

The role is full-time, starting as soon as possible with potential to lead to a permanent contract. You will join a supportive team and receive ongoing professional development, PAYE payroll and safeguarding updates.

We also have positions available for a start next half term too, so whether you are available now or planning ahead for next term we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

To be considered for theSpecialist Support Assistant position, the school have asked for:

• Someone who has worked with children, young people or vulnerable adults in any capacity
• Someone who may have experience with supporting people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
• Someone with great patience, drive and determination
• Someone looking to extend and expand their skillSafeguarding
