Job summary
Salford City College Group is seeking a Teacher / Assessor - Learning Support SpLD to join our specialist team across various sites. You will carry out diagnostic assessments, access arrangement assessments, and plan and deliver one-to-one teaching to students with Dyslexia/Specific Learning Difficulties.
You will hold a Level 7 specialist qualification in teaching and assessing students with Dyslexia/SpLD and a current APC.
Qualifications
- Experience with diagnostic assessments and access arrangements.
- Plan and deliver individual teaching sessions for Dyslexia/SpLD students.
- Evidence of teaching to meet diverse learner needs.
Responsibilities
- Complete diagnostic assessments and access arrangement assessments.
- Plan and deliver one-to-one teaching sessions for students with SpLD.
- Provide feedback to curriculum and support staff on learning needs.
