Job summary

The Children's Trust in Tadworth is seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based interventions across the organisation. The role focuses on children and young people with speech, language, communication and feeding needs, including those with tracheostomies.

You will work with families and the multidisciplinary team to deliver goal‑led therapy and ensure integrated care across home and school settings.

Qualifications

• Provide high quality, evidence based SLT interventions for children and young people attending The Children's Trust.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat and plan for an allocated caseload of children/young people.
• Develop individual plans for therapy to be carried out by parents or MDT members.
• Involve families and carers in rehabilitation and day‑to‑day therapy sessions.
