Job summary

The Children’s Trust in Tadworth is seeking a Specialist Speech & Language Therapist (Rehab) to deliver high quality, evidence-based therapy for children and young people within a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess, plan, and implement individual therapy, involve families, and support discharge planning while working across home and school settings. Regular supervision and opportunities for professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Provides high quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children and young people.
• Autonomous practitioner with caseload management.
• Strong multidisciplinary team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy interventions for children/young people.
• Involve families and carers in rehabilitation and carry over practical skills.
• Contribute to assessments, plans and discharge/transition arrangements.
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and governance.
