Outcomes First Group is seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary education team. You will assess and tailor interventions for pupils with diverse needs, manage your caseload with supervision, and contribute to staff training and consultations.

Qualifications

• Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• SLT degree (UG or PGDip) and HCPC registration.
• 5+ years' experience as a SaLT in similar settings.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Your RoleAs a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

Essential Requirements

• Full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Speech & Language Therapy UG or PGDip.
• Valid and up-to-date HCPC Registration.
• Registered member of RCSLT.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a SaLT in similar settings.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
