Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary education team in Redditch. You will deliver tailored assessments and interventions for students with diverse communication needs, working under supervision to promote independence and progress.

HCPC registered and RCSLT registered, you will collaborate with education staff, manage your caseload, contribute to staff training, and participate in research and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered and registered with the RCSLT.
• Experience working with individuals presenting complex communication profiles.
• Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored assessments and interventions to students with diverse communication needs.
• Collaborate with the education team to create a nurturing environment that promotes student independence.
• Manage your own caseload with the support of a designated clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician.
• Contribute to staff training and consultations as needed.

Essential Criteria

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered and registered with the RCSLT.

Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE plus a £3,000 Welcome Bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 4:30 pm

Contract: Permanent (52 weeks or flexible term-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)
