• Communicates complex condition-specific information to clients, carers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Promotes the role and understanding of the profession within the local community.
• Provides specialist reports in line with departmental standards reflecting specialist knowledge.
• Leads a specialist area or designated project and mentors junior therapists.
• Manages caseload within departmental standards and reports against KPIs.
• Develops and implements specialist SLT programmes and contributes to service planning and policy development.
