Job summary

Sirona care & health in England’s largest provider of Adult's and Children's Community Services seeks a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our School Aged Service in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire. The role offers a varied mix of clinical and developmental work with opportunities to develop specialist skills and contribute to service-wide initiatives.

You will deliver commissioned work at Baytree Special School and provide core input to North Somerset Special

Qualifications

• Deliver commissioned work at Baytree Special School, supporting children and young people across Clevedon and Worle sites (3 Band 6 sessions per week).
• Provide core input to North Somerset Special School (1 Band 6 session per week).
• Be part of our Band 6 Training Team (0.2 WTE), helping to shape and deliver training across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke Speech and Language Therapy services to pupils in a specialist school environment.
• Collaborate with education staff, families and the multidisciplinary team to support speech, language and communication needs.
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of training for education staff and parents.
