Job summary

Phoenix Learning & Care Group is seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist for our Bristol-area school. The role is part-time term-time only, delivering 1:1 therapy, leading groups, and supporting classroom sessions within our Integrated Therapies Team.

Collaborative care with teachers, therapists, and parents is essential. You will require HCPC registration and a degree in SLT, with experience in supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Requires a recognised Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Experience as a Speech and Language Therapist is essential.
• Ability to supervise and train other SLTs and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy, lead group activities and support classroom sessions.
• Lead admissions for new pupils and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings.
• Collaborate with onsite Creative Arts Therapist and education team to tailor pupil care.
• Maintain pupil records and complete administrative tasks within term-time (42 weeks).
