Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team supporting children with SEN, SLCN, autism and ADHD. This role focuses on early intervention, consultation and building school staff capacity to support children with communication needs.

You will manage your own caseload across mainstream school settings, delivering observations, targeted interventions, staff training, classroom audits and practical strategies, working with

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered SLT with experience in SLCN.
• Experience with children and young people in mainstream/education settings.
• Strong consultation, training and communication skills.
• Desirable: autism/neurodevelopmental assessment exposure.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Sheffield.

Responsabilités

• Manage own caseload across mainstream school settings.
• Deliver observations, targeted interventions, staff training.
• Conduct classroom audits and provide practical strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and MDT including OTs and psychologists.
• Opportunity to develop autism assessments (ADOS-2) outside of term time.
