Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our Hertfordshire Adult Community Services. You will work with adults in their homes and clinics across West Hertfordshire, managing a varied caseload of acquired communication and swallowing disorders, including dysphagia.

A full UK driving licence and car access for business use are required.

Qualifications

• Dysphagia competencies and experience of managing dysphagia are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with adults in their own homes and outpatient clinics.
• Book patients from waiting lists and plan follow-up appointments.
• Write clinical reports and develop evidence-based care plans.
