Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND (for example within specialist provision, alternative provision, or inclusive mainstream settings).
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one) and a strong understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment expectations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a structured, adaptive curriculum that supports diverse learning profiles, including Autism (ASC) and communication needs
• Planning and differentiating lessons to make learning accessible, measurable, and motivating for every pupil
• Monitoring progress through effective assessment and reporting, using insights to refine teaching strategies and interventions
