Job summary

Key Health (Part of KTS Group) is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a specialist education setting. The role focuses on delivering OT in line with EHCPs, helping pupils achieve independence and access learning.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team supporting children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and other complex needs, with ongoing CPD and wellbeing support offered.

Qualifications

• Paediatric Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience supporting children with additional or complex needs.
• Strong understanding of EHCP-led provision.
• Ability to assess, plan and review therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Occupational Therapy provision in line with EHCP requirements.
• Complete assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Support pupils’ independence, participation and access to learning.
• Implement, monitor and review therapy programmes.
• Work closely with education, therapy, care and family teams.
• Provide staff training and guidance.
• Recommend specialist equipment and resources.
• Support postural management, seating, positioning and equipment needs.
• Maintain accurate records and professional documentation.
