To assist in the provision of high quality Radiographic Service within Northumbria Healthcare NHS Trust, whilst complying with all Trust and Department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out all radiographic techniques and examinations to a consistently high standard, professionally and efficiently following department procedures.
2. Undertaking specialist areas of practice as delegated by site lead.
3. Working in any radiology department with appropriate notice, including community hospitals, and participating in shifts/rotas to cover a 24/7 service.
4. Role modeling compassionate and inclusive leadership to foster a collective leadership culture within the trust.
5. Meeting training requirements and further developing throughout your role as this is an Annex 20 role.

Additional duties include:

1. Performing high-quality CT imaging following departmental protocols.
2. Ensuring patient safety and well-being during procedures, maintaining radiation protection standards.

5. Managing administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records and scheduling.
