Job summary
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust at Stoke Mandeville Hospital invites a Specialist Physiotherapist to join the National Spinal Injuries Centre Team. You will assess and treat patients with spinal cord injuries and complex needs as an autonomous practitioner within the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Physiotherapy degree or diploma.
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience.
- Experience with spinal cord injury (SCI) patients.
- Evidence of CPD and reflective practice; driving licence and car for work.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with spinal cord injuries and complex needs.
- Apply advanced clinical reasoning and interpret complex information.
- Maintain comprehensive records in line with professional standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and carers to support patient goals.
- Delegate to junior staff where appropriate and manage caseload safely.
- Support service development and alignment with organisational objectives.
