The Children’s Trust is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist for The Children’s Trust School and residential services in Tadworth. You will deliver high quality, evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to children with neurodevelopmental needs within a multidisciplinary framework.

The role focuses on outcome-driven care, promoting participation in home, school, and community life.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality, evidence based occupational therapy for children and young people at The Children’s Trust School.
• Undertake specialist OT assessments for complex neurodisabilities and conditions.
• Create individualized 24hr OT programmes integrated into daily routines.
• Develop therapy goals with children, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support assistive technology assessments and interventions.
• Contribute to annual reviews and Education, Health and Care Plans.
• Maintain accurate records in line with organisational requirements.
• Coordinate with medical staff and attend clinics as required.
