Salary: £51,883 – £58,544 per annum (including HCAS), pro rata

The Specialist Occupational Therapist is responsible for the professional management of Occupational Therapy interventions for patients referred to the Post Covid Syndrome Pathway within Bromley Healthcare. Services are delivered in patients' homes, in the community, or via virtual means.
The post holder should serve as a positive role model and effective leader, managing clinical duties, patient care, communication, and maintaining quality standards. They are expected to be a clinical specialist in their field, providing management, advice, support, and training to relevant personnel.
The role involves delivering comprehensive Occupational Therapy services to patients with complex, multiple pathologies presenting physical, psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
As a community interest company, Bromley Healthcare offers a range of services from community nursing, district nursing, health visiting, to specialized nursing care and therapy services across various age groups.
Compensation depends on NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
