Role Summary
We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic Occupational Therapists with a passion for Rehabilitation to join our Community Rehabilitation Team. The role involves supporting a 7-day service delivery, based at Exmouth Hospital, near beautiful beaches and rural locations in Devon. Our team works with patients in their homes, managing long-term conditions including complex neurology and falls.
We collaborate with GPs, Social Care, MSK, Speech and Language, and Podiatry teams, with close links to hospital services. Our goal is to maximize patients' independence and improve quality of life through assessment, rehabilitation, and supporting hospital discharge.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop community-based skills. Applicants must be able to travel between locations as needed.
