Job summary
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Specialist Nurse for Day Treatment to provide focused nursing input into an eating disorders day service. The post holder will work with the MDT to monitor and deliver specialist nursing care, including physical health clinics and crisis response, supporting transitions from community and inpatient settings.

Qualifications
- Relevant Professional Qualification i.e. RMN, RGN
- Current unrestricted registration with HCPC/NMC
- Specialist knowledge across a range of procedures and theory
Responsibilities
- Assess mental health and physical care needs in collaboration with clients.
- Develop, implement and evaluate care plans to meet needs.
- Deliver nursing assessments and skill-based interventions for eating disorders.
- Monitor diet, weight and eating-related behaviours; interpret BMI and health tests.
- Coordinate with GP/community services for transitions and follow-up care.
- Provide risk assessments and respond to safeguarding concerns as required.
