A leading NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a B7 Specialist Nurse for Child Protection to join their Safeguarding Team in Sunderland. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in safeguarding and child development to support high-quality care and training initiatives. We are welcoming applications in Sunderland for the B7 Specialist Nurse Child Protection position; this is an exciting opportunity to join our Safeguarding Team in Sunderland. The post will involve working equally between the Front Door (ICRT) and as a SNCP in Sunderland. You will be part of a network of professionals and agencies contributing to safeguarding children. Utilizing your specialist knowledge of safeguarding, child development, and legal frameworks, you will support the Named Nurse in ensuring the delivery of high-quality safeguarding care that assures the trust and its wider partners.

The role involves working from two sites in Sunderland (Camberwell Way and Sandhills). The successful candidate must be willing to travel occasionally across a wide footprint area including Wakefield, North Yorkshire, Stockton, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Durham, Sunderland, Gateshead, and Northumberland.
