Job summary

Virtu Property is seeking a maintenance technician to deliver high-quality planned and reactive services across residential and communal properties. You will perform multi-skilled repairs and ensure safety compliance while working independently across multiple sites.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, fluent English, and strong maintenance skills in painting, decorating, carpentry and general repairs. Join our team and contribute to property standards and client satisfaction.

• Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across residential and communal properties.
• Carry out multi-skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report defects, safety concerns, and opportunities for remedial works.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and vehicle checks.
• Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.

What You Need To Succeed

• Holds a full, valid UK Driving Licence
• Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors professionally, as appropriate
• Competence in maintenance skills such as painting; decorating; carpentry; general repairs.
